Use and Accuracy – GlobalTimeCompare

Important limits when using GlobalTimeCompare clocks and timezone conversions.

Updated 5 October 2026

Check the location and date

Many countries have several timezones. Choose the city or region that applies, and check the full converted local date as well as the time. A country flag does not mean one timezone covers the entire country.

Live clocks and selected conversions

Live clocks show the current time based on the device clock. Entering a date or moving the roller changes the selected conversion, not the live clocks. UTC does not change for daylight saving; the selected locations may do so.

Timezone rules can change

Results depend on the IANA timezone data available in the runtime. Government changes may reach different browsers and operating systems at different times. Keep your device and browser updated.

Operational use

Use the tools as a planning aid. Verify safety-critical aviation times, official deadlines and booked travel against the responsible operator's published information. This website does not replace operational documentation or provide dispatch or maintenance authorization.
